Terms and Conditions

• You must be 18 or older, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

• Please give accurate details when you order, including your name, phone number and full delivery address.

• You may not use the website for any unlawful purpose or try to disrupt how it works.

• We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can.

• Colours may look slightly different on your screen than in person.

• Our soaps are handmade, so each bar may vary slightly in colour, shape and weight.

• Please check the bedsheet and comforter sizes listed on each product page before ordering.

• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

• Prices and offers may change without notice. The price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.

• If a product is listed at a wrong price by mistake, we will contact you before dispatch, and you may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it.

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is accepted once we confirm it with you on WhatsApp or by phone.

• We may decline or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, the price was listed by mistake, the delivery details cannot be confirmed, or the order appears to be fake or fraudulent.

• You can cancel an order on WhatsApp at any time before it is dispatched.

• Orders are paid by cash on delivery. Please keep the exact amount ready for the rider.

• If an order is refused at delivery without a valid reason, we may ask for advance payment on future orders.

• We deliver across Pakistan through courier companies.

• Delivery times shown on the website are estimates. Delays caused by the courier, weather or events outside our control may occur.

• If the courier cannot deliver because of a wrong address or because no one is available, your order may be returned to us.

Exchanges, replacements and refunds are covered by our Return and Exchange Policy, which forms part of these terms.

• Our soaps and hair oil are for external use only.

• Before first use, test a small amount on your skin or scalp, and stop using the product if any irritation occurs.

• Avoid contact with the eyes, and keep products out of the reach of children.

• Results vary from person to person. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any medical condition.

• When you send us a review, photo or video, you allow Lunora Pk to share it on our website and social media.

• We will not show your full name or contact details without your permission.

• Please do not share content that is false, offensive or belongs to someone else.

The Lunora Pk name, logo, product photos, videos and website content belong to Lunora Pk. You may not copy, reuse or sell them without our written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, Lunora Pk's liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not responsible for losses caused by courier delays, incorrect details given at checkout, or events outside our control.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of [city].
